As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover. Answer phone calls, take reservations, and assist guests with questions. Coordinate with servers and management to maintain smooth dining room operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand and entryway. Assist with guest flow during busy periods and special events. Thank guests as they leave and ensure they have had a great experience. Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctual attendance. Restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
