Description
Under close supervision, assist with variety of routine manual, clerical, technical, and/or inventory activities; and assist with miscellaneous other routine activities as assigned.
A Student Helper works at the District Office assisting primarily in the Technology Department.
This is an exempt position and recruitment is subject to close at anytime at the discretion of the Classified Human Resources Office
Examples of Duties
Typical Activities:

• Perform data entry, open and sort mail.
• Perform routine inventory of various school items and equipment, such as textbooks, Chromebooks, and iPads.
• Setup Chromebooks, iPads, laptops, and desktop devices utilizing step-by-step instructions.
• Assist with basic cleaning and minor repair of various technical equipment.
• Perform pick-up, removal and delivery of equipment, supplies, materials, computers, and other technology devices.
• File and sort paperwork and assist with file clean-up.
• Assist with other routine tasks and activities, as needed.

Typical Qualifications
Qualifications: No experience required. Must be enrolled full-time in high school or college. Depending on assignment, may require possession of a valid Class C driver license. Upon acceptance of an offer, candidates must provide a work permit from a high school institution or college/university transcripts showing current enrollment.
